TCMA President Paulette Hartman recognizes Marc Ott (former Austin City Manager) and Karen Daly (former Hutto City Manager and TCMA President-Elect) for their service to the city management profession in Texas. Marc will begin serving as the ICMA Executive Director. Karen is serving as the ICMA Mountain Plains Region Director.
Betsy Sherman was thanked by TCMA members at the Texas Reception during the ICMA Annual Conference in Kansas City for her service to Texas and the ICMA Mountain Plains Region.
