ICMA Selects a New Executive Director
TCMA congratulates Marc Ott, city manager of the City of Austin, on his appointment as Executive Director of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) in Washington, D. C. Marc has served the City of Austin since 2008.
ICMA Selects the First Mountain Plains Regional Director
TCMA congratulates Karen Daly as the first ICMA Mountain Plains Regional Director, effective September 19. Karen will remain at her home in Hutto while filling her new role. She will be responsible for the relationship with state association partners in the Mountain Plains Region, work on joint membership recruitment efforts, collaborate on programs each state partner may want to develop with ICMA, and provide any assistance or questions about ICMA services or processes. Karen will also coordinate efforts with those states that have a state liaison.

TCMA to Host the Annual Texas Reception in Kansas City
