The Nominating Committee will meet on Thursday, March 3, to confirm the slate of statewide candidates for the offices of President-Elect, Vice President, and TML Board Representative. If the offices are uncontested, the TCMA Constitution allows for elections to be cancelled (Article III, Section 6 E) and the TCMA Board may declare each unopposed candidate elected to the office.
If an office is contested, ballots will be emailed to all TCMA voting members the week of March 7 (Article III, Section 2). A link will be provided in an email allowing voting members to vote one time. Each ballot MUST be certified before exiting the electronic ballot. Votes WILL NOT count if the ballot is not certified! Ballots will close on March 31 at 5:00 p.m.
