TCMA is saddened to notify the membership of the passing of Marshall Pharr. Marshall passed on December 29. He served as city manager for the Cities of Andrews and Plainview. He also served as the TCMA President in 1976.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 8, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Amarillo. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 4317 W.
