Briseno The Management Messenger recognizes and congratulates
Alex Briseno for receiving a Hidalgo Proclamation, Bexar County’s highest honor. Alex has many years in public service including his first position as an intern with the Alamo Area Council of Governments, serving as the city manager of the City San Antonio for 11 years, Chairman of the San Antonio Water System Board of Trustees, and Chairman of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
