Congratulations to Allen Bogard, City Manager, City of Sugar Land and Julie Robinson, City Administrator, City of Dickinson. Allen and Julie were selected as two of the five finalists to receive The University of Houston Master of Public Administration Public Official of the Year Award. A ceremony will be held on March 7 announcing the recipient. The award recognizes those individuals who consistently demonstrate trust, accountability, performance, ethical decision-making, and crossing jurisdictional boundaries to solve problems.
