Darwin Archer is the city administrator of the City of Rising Star.

Deborah Balli is no longer the city manager of the City of Beeville. Barbara Trevino is serving as the interim city manager.

Rusty Chote is the interim city manager of the City of Henderson.

Wendy Ellis is the new city manager of the City of Palestine.

Andrew Freeman is the new city manager of the City of Tulia.

Henry Garcia is no longer the city manager of the City of Brackettville.

Larry Groth will retire as the city manager of the City of Waco, effective March 1, 2014. Larry has served the city 34 years.

Tom Higgins announced his upcoming retirement as city manager of the City of Fort Worth. Tom has served 30 years with the city. He will continue to serve until the city appoints a new city manager.

James “Rod” Hogan is the interim city manager of the City of Fate.

Steve Howerton will retire as city manager of City of Ennis, effective December 31, 2013. Steve has served the city more than 32 years.

Peter Kampfer is no longer the city manager of the City of Kermit.

Michael Loftin will no longer be the city manager of the City of League City, effective November 8.

James Loomis is the new city manager for the City of Lubbock.

David Mitchell will no longer be the city manager of the City of Hutto, effective December 31, 2013. He will be the new city manager of the City of Harker Heights, beginning January 1, 2014.

Jim Moffeit has retired from his position as city administrator of the City of Chandler. John Taylor, current assistant city administrator, will be the new city administrator.

Joseph Portugal will be the new city manager of the City of Lago Vista, effective November 11.

Lauren Powers is the new city manager of the City of Marquez.

Nick Ristagno is the new city manager of the City of Lake Dallas.

Ramon Segovia is the new city manager of the City of Palmview.

Joyce Wilson will no longer be the city manager of the City of El Paso, effective September 2014.
