Joe Cantu will retire as city manager of the City of Overton, effective April 25.

Edward Carrasco is the new city manager of the City of Sonora.

Margie Cardenas is the acting city manager of the City of Marble Falls.

John R. Dean Jr. will begin serving as the new city manager of the City of Pilot Point, effective April 14.

Bobby Epperly is no longer the interim city manager of the City of Huntington

Charles Fenner is the city manager of the City of Balch Springs.

Lisa Hernandez is the new city adminstrator of the City of Natalia, effective April 7.

Dennis Kelly is the new city manager of the City of Jasper.

Cheryl Kretz will retire as city administrator of the City of Rancho Viejo, April 30.

Melissa Mata is no longer the city manager of the City of Elsa.

Tex Middlebrook will no longer serve as city manager of the City of Smithville, effective April 23.

Debbie Millican retired as town administrator of the Town of Bartonville. Stacey Almond is the new town administrator.

Johnny Nelson retired as city administrator of the City of Katy. Byron Hebert will serve as the new city administrator.

Mike Perez retired as city manager of the City of McAllen on March 31. Mike served the City for 21 years. Roy Rodriguez will serve as the interim city manager.

Sammy Ragsdale is the new city administrator of the City of Clifton.

J.J. Rodriguez is no longer the city manager of the City of San Juan, effective April 8.

Owen Scott retired as city manager of the City of Lindale. Owen served 24 year as city manager.
Carolyn Caldwell is the interim city manager of the City of Lindale.

Alex Zepeda is no longer the city manager of the City of Crystal City.
