Meet Your Colleagues

The TMCA Management Messenger welcomes Karen Daly as the new city manager of the City of Hutto. Karen has served the cities of Sugar Land, Greenville, Longview, and Arlington.  She has also worked for the North Central Texas Council of Governments.  She has a bachelors and two masters degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Karen and her husband, Steve, have been married for 23 years.  They have two daughters, Emma (21) and Clair (19).  They are enjoying their new/old house in Hutto that was built in 1923.  Karen is an avid soccer player and is playing in a women’s league in Round Rock.  She also serves on The Arc of Texas Finance/Operations Committee and spends her volunteer time working on improving the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.

Meet Colleagues Break

The TCMA Management Messenger welcomes Matt Fielder to his new position as the town manager for the Town of Pantego. Matt’s appointment as town manager began on January 27, 2014. Prior to his appointment, Matt served as the economic development director for the City of Rosenberg, and held positions in the economic development department and city manager’s office in the City of Sugar Land. He also served as an Army Reserve Officer in Iraq from 2003-2004. Matt received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Matt and his wife Laurie have been married 15 years and have three sons, David, Benjamin, and William. His hobbies include golf, hunting, and coaching his children in youth sports.

Meet Colleagues BreakThe TMCA Management Messenger welcomes Kim McAdams Lenoir to her new position as the city manager for the City of Brady.  Kim’s appointment began January 28, 2014.  Prior to her appointment she served as assistant city manager.  Kim has also worked for the Cities of Murphy, Southlake, Keller, and Baytown.  Kim received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and completed the Certified Public Manager (CPM) in June 2013.

Kim and her husband Rick have been married 27 years and have two children, Will and Annie.  Kim and Rick are both active with their kid’s activities including music, basketball, track, hunting, and fishing.
