News for Conference Guests
If you plan to bring your spouse, guest, or family members to the TCMA Annual Conference, be sure they plan to attend Salsa y Salsa Friday, June 27, 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Poolside Cabana located at the Moody Garden’s Hotel. Snacks, beverages, group Latin dance lessons, and door prizes are on order for fun and enjoyment. A Guest Hospitality Table will be available with information on more activities.
Koffee Klatch
The TCMA Professional Development Committee invites you to participate in a new Saturday morning format at the conference. Join your colleagues from 7:30-8:45 a.m. in Moody Ballroom 2 for a Koffee Klatch. This social gathering will be filled with a bottomless cup of coffee and spirited conversation. Come network, make new friends, meet with your region, discuss ideas, and discover solutions. A special section of the meeting room will be reserved as a “Coaches’ Corner.” Seasoned city managers and assistant city managers will be available to offer emerging leaders career advice and insights.
