Meet Your Colleagues

The TCMA Management Messenger introduces and welcomes Gayle Cook to her new position as the city manager for the City of Seabrook, which began December 1, 2013. Prior to her appointment, Gayle served as the assistant city manager for two years and human resources director for seven years. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Houston.

Gayle and her husband, Kevin, have been married for 22 years and have three children, Evan, Aaron, and Nathan. Gayle and Kevin are both active with their kid’s activities, which include sailing, cross country, baseball, soccer, and other sports.

The TCMA Management Messenger introduces and welcomes Clint Hardeman. Clint was appointed city manager for the City of Pittsburg on August 1, 2013. Prior to his appointment, he served as the director of economic development and the city planner for the City. Before Clint began his city service, he worked for six years as the director of treasury services and accounts receivable with the Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.

Clint has a Bachelor’s from the University of Texas, Tyler and a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. He completed the Certified Public Manager Program at Stephen F. Austin State University.

Clint’s wife, Dia, is a doctor and owner of a family practice in the City of Pittsburg. They have been married six years and are new parents of twin boys, Hayes and Harbor. The family enjoys international travel and attending University of Texas football games.
