Sympathy

TCMA is saddened by the passing of Bruce Milstead, city manager of the City of San Augustine. Bruce passed suddenly on January 19. Funeral services were held January 24 at the First Baptist Church in San Augustine. Please keep his family and wife, Janice, in your thoughts and prayers.
