Leroy Hughes is serving as the interim city manager of the City of San Augustine.

Kevin Hugman is the new city manager of the City of Duncanville.

Robert Leiper will retire as city manager of the City of Baytown. Ron Bottoms will begin serving as the new city manager, effective March 1.
