The TCMA Management Messenger welcomes Adam Niolet. Adam was appointed as the city administrator for the City of Hico on July 17, 2017. He began his professional career in public service in 2011 as a police officer for the City of Forest Hill. Adam was promoted to corporal and served as a detective He managed the Sex Offender Registration program and he attained his mental health officer designation and master peace officer certificate.
Adam attended the American Military University. He has an Associate of Arts in weapons of mass destruction and preparedness, a Bachelor of Arts in homeland security, and a Masters in Public Administration with honors. He also holds a graduate certificate in executive law enforcement leadership. Adam is currently enrolled in the Certified Public Manager’s Program in Arlington.
Adam’s hobbies include golf and collecting World War II memorabilia. His fraternal/social organizations include Granbury Masonic Lodge #392, Panther City Lodge #1187, Bluff Dale Lodge #724, Fort Worth Scottish Rite, Worth Commandery #19, and The Fort Worth Club.
