TCMA is saddened to inform the membership that Travis Hart, son of Tom Hart, city manager of the City of Grand Prairie, passed on Sunday, March 22. Funeral services were held on March 26 at the First Baptist Church in Grand Prairie. In lieu of flowers, the Hart family requests that donation be made to the Lifeline Shelter, located at 202 College Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050. Please keep Tom and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
